Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how personal data is handled when you use https://lukado.eu or get in touch with me. Last updated: 23 September 2026.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is InfoMedia – Łukasz Dorosz, ul. Sternicza 129/12, 01-350 Warsaw, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 1251324025. Contact: hello@lukado.eu.

2. What data I process and why

Emails and phone calls – the details you send me (name, email address, phone number, company name, what you're asking about). Purpose: to reply and keep the conversation going. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where we're discussing a contract, steps taken at your request before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Enquiries about training and services, quotes and contracts – the details needed to prepare an offer, sign and carry out a contract, and issue an invoice. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and legal obligations under tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Keeping correspondence – so I can establish, exercise or defend legal claims if needed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Visit statistics – only if you agree to analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). See the cookie policy for details.

You don't have to give me your data, but without it I can't answer your enquiry or sign a contract with you.

3. Who receives your data

Your data may be shared with companies that provide services to me and process data on my instructions: hosting and email providers, my invoicing system, my accounting firm and, if you agree to analytics cookies, the analytics provider (Google Ireland Ltd.). Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (for example Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

5. How long I keep your data

Correspondence and enquiries – until the matter is closed, then for the limitation period for any claims (generally 3 years, 6 years for contracts).
Accounting records – 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose.
Data processed on the basis of consent – until you withdraw it.

6. Your rights

to access your data and get a copy,
to have your data corrected,
to have your data deleted,
to restrict processing,
to data portability (for data processed on the basis of consent or a contract),
to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before you withdrew it,
to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

7. Automated decisions and profiling

Your data is not used for automated decision-making with legal effects, or for profiling.
